Doula Care Packages
I cover Ballarat and surrounding districts
Each pregnancy is different so my services will alter to meet individual needs. Be it for a couple or a single parent family.
All packages are free for women 20 or under
First Visit
Consultation is free and usually lasts 2 hours
The first visit is to get to know the expecting parents and to discuss there expectations and answer any questions regarding my role and what I will be able to offer them during this special time.
Pregnancy package
$400
This package includes:
- A minimum of four visits to your home, more appointments can be arranged free of charge as I believe in building a trusting relationship between myself and the expectant parent/s.
I am also able to attend antenatal appointments, ultrasounds etc...
- One hour photo session of your pregnancy
- phone support and ongoing emails, information sheets and use of my doula library, 2 free relaxation sessions which includes a free massage. These visits allows my clients to prepare for the birth and go through the many elements of the pregnancy journey with my full support with whatever decisions you make.
- Continous support during labour/birth where I will remain by yourside untill you have given birth and will stay for 2 hours after the birth if required.
- Labour and birth photos if requested
- This package also includes 2 postnatal visits after bub is born.
An experienced backup doula is also offered in this package.
Birth Only
Cost: $100
This package includes my assistance during all phases of labour where I can assist you for 18 hours or whatever is deemed safe.
Its always better to get to know your doula before the birth so I request at least one appointment a month prior to due date, to ensure my availability and to go through a discussion of what you would like from my assistance during the birth.
Second Doula
If you would like a second doula to assist during the birth this is also available at a cost of $200
Postnatal Doula
Cost $20 an hour(free for 20s and under)
A postnatal doula can assist you with many of the unexpected challenges and joys of bringing home your new baby. Following assistance offered:
- Breastfeeding support
- Baby Massage
- Informational support
- Postnatal massage
- Emotional support
- Assistance with light house work duties such as doing some dishes hanging out some washing
- Walking buddy someone to chat with while you get some gentle exercise and fresh air
Therapuetic Massage and Relaxation Sessions

Pamper Package
Cost: $50
This Package includes:
Full Body Massage
Be massaged from head to toe, for only $30
I use all natural products that are chemical free!
These massage sessions are combined with some lovely pure essential oil blends catered for pregnant women and new mums.
I use a base oil of sweet almond and add a small amount of essential oil.
All oil blends will be discussed prior to massage to avoid reactions.
These sessions are catered for women who would like to unwind to some relaxation music while being massaged with some pregnancy essential oils.
Partners are also welcome to book a massage or pamper session
